One fish, Two fish, Blowfish, Bluefish
Well, it has been a while, and I think Wesley has endured enough having his picture at the top of this page, so here I am making another post.
Things have been happening recently, but obviously I haven't thought any of them important enough to write about.
Nevertheless, here we are.
School started last week, and it didn't suck. I got called on in Trust and Estates on Friday, but I didn't embarrass myself, which is always a plus. It was good to see everyone again, though I don't see everyone as much as I did last year. Except for Shawn, Dix, and Anuj. The four of us have every class together, but we're not too sick of each other yet.
Second year, for me anyway, is more laid back. (Not having any journal work to do helps there.) I'm not living in fear before every class. One thing I do live in fear of is interviews. I worry first of all, about not getting any. And if I do happen to get any, I've had one so far, I'm even more frightened. Whether its getting an interview, then a job, or just generally having to move on to 'real' life, I'm scared to death.
As Anuj often says, "everyone gets a job," of course I know that's true, in theory. And while my grades aren't Anuj caliber, I'm not at the bottom of the class, so I'm pretty sure I'll be one of the 98% of the people employed at nine months. Knock on wood.
In other news, Belinda has a new job that she's liking much more than her old one. Its much closer to home, which means I actually get to see her now, which is nice. Hopefully she can relax more and be happier than she was last year.
I think that's good for a post. These will be coming more regularly again as being back in school gives me more to write about.
